There may be some postage delays both with Royal Mail and our couriers in the UK and with other services around the world. This means your order might take a bit longer to arrive.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card payments via Stripe. This is a secure payment service and we don’t hold any payment information on our website. You can also pay via Paypal – you’ll be redirected to PayPal to do this.

Order Processing

Our orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please bare in mind that this is the date we will package your order up and drop it off with Royal Mail. It will take another few days for them to get it to your door. International orders will take longer.

Free UK Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over £50. From time to time this level may change as part of promotions.

International Shipping

We ship more or less anywhere in the world. Enter your address at checkout to order. We charge a flat rate of £5 for orders to Europe and £10 for orders to the rest of the world including the USA.

Online orders

All orders are processed in GBP. Any orders placed using an account of another currency will be charged at the current exchange rate as converted by your bank, along with your bank’s exchange fees/commissions which are in accordance with the policies outlined by your bank. If you are not sure what you will be charged in your local currency, please contact your bank for more details before ordering.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Paper Earth Press Ltd will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
– The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
– Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
– The identification of a pricing or product description error
– You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team.

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.


If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.


We offer 30 day returns on all purchases. To make a return please email and we will send you a shipping label and instructions.

Please ensure that the item is returned unused and in original condition and packaging. While we will of course return or exchange defective items we unfortunately cannot accept any items damaged by you.

Upon receiving the item back we will issue a full refund on the product cost. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of any shipping you paid.

Please note that we can only offer returns on items purchased directly from us. If you purchased your product from one of our lovely stockists, you will need to return the item to them.


If you changed your mind about a purchase and want to swap it for another please email within 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.

Once you get in touch we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

This website is owned and operated by Paper Earth Press Ltd. We are based in Dundee Scotland and operate from Studio 3, 2 Seabraes Lane, Dundee DD1 4NX. We are not currently VAT registered and do not have a VAT number.</p>
